About The Event
This informative and engaging conference is designed to advance participants’
knowledge, technical competence, asset planning skills, and property management
toolkit across a wide range of topics related to building systems, equipment, and
materials. Content applies to all building types—residential, commercial, industrial, and
institutional—of varying sizes and construction types. Attendees will gain practical insight
into how occupied buildings are operated, assessed, and maintained through their full life
cycle.
The conference is ideal for professionals currently assessing or reviewing buildings,
those considering a career in the field, and anyone seeking a deeper understanding of
how building projects are planned and executed. This includes engineers, technologists,
architects, inspectors, reserve planners, appraisers, quantity surveyors, and property
managers. Sessions will explore how building systems and equipment are repaired,
renewed, replaced, retrofitted, rehabilitated, or modernized, while also addressing
project scope, consulting disciplines, allowances, contingencies, costs, timelines, and
impacts on occupants and building access.
Start your conference experience with a dedicated networking breakfast
and multiple opportunities throughout to meet peers, industry leaders, and
building professionals. Whether you're new to the field or an established
expert, you'll build meaningful relationships that support your ongoing
professional growth.
Hear from knowledgeable guest speakers, panelists, and session leaders
who will share valuable insights. From residential to commercial and
institutional environments, participants will expand technical competence
and gain practical knowledge in asset planning and building assessment.
Engage directly with event sponsors to discover innovative tools, services,
and solutions that support your work. You'll leave with new ideas, resources,
and partnerships that strengthen your professional practice.
